Privacy Policy for Silicon Empire

Effective date: 28 August 2026

Silicon Empire is a single-player business simulation published by Ringare (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how the iOS and iPadOS version of the game handles information.

Summary

Information stored on the device

The game stores local game saves, settings, and local purchase-entitlement state on the device so that the game can function. This information is not uploaded to our servers by the game.

Optional feedback and bug reports

The game includes optional feedback and bug-report forms. When a player uses one, the game opens the player’s mail application with a draft addressed to mister.zubschenko1@gmail.com. The player can review, edit, discard, or send that message; nothing is sent until the player chooses Send in their mail application.

If the player sends it, the email may contain the message written by the player; the in-game company name, game date, and in-game cash balance when available; the game version, technical user-agent information, and the time the report was created; and sender information supplied by the player’s mail provider, such as their email address.

We use received emails only to answer support requests, investigate bugs, and improve the game. They are retained in our email mailbox only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. A player may request deletion of a feedback or support email by writing to the address below from the same address or by providing enough information for us to locate the message.

Purchases

Optional one-time DLC purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes payment and purchase records under its own privacy policy. Silicon Empire does not collect payment-card or billing information.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share game-save data with advertisers or analytics providers because the current iOS release does not use such providers. If a player chooses to send feedback by email, their mail provider processes that email under the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Children

Silicon Empire is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe that a child has sent us personal information through optional feedback, contact us and we will delete the relevant email where reasonably possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game’s data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do.
